Goals from Gbolahan Salami (63 mins) and Odion Ighalo (80 mins) were enough to help Nigeria secure a 2-0 win over Chad at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna state in an African Cup of Nations qualifying match.
Nigeria was however forced to finish the match with 10 men after Ogenyi Onazi was sent off for a needless altercation.
