Posting one of her signature pouting selfies, Lauren captioned the snap: 'I can see my future and I can't wait to meet you.'

The post is just the latest in a string of motivational messages from Lauren, who shared an inspiration quote just days before.
‘Be the one who nurtures and builds. Be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart one who looks for the best in people. Leave people better than you found them,’ the post read, though the TV personality didn't stop there, even writing an encouraging message of her own next to it.

'People have noticed that Jake and I have unfollowed each other on Instagram. To be completely honest, we’re not talking at the moment and haven’t done for about a week now,' she admitted.
Lauren then added that the recent romance troubles had been 'horrible' although the couple hadn't had any major rows.
'We haven’t had any major rows and nothing has actually happened, but we are both stressed out with our own lives and I seem to bear the brunt of it.'
As well as unfollowing each other on the popular photo-sharing app, Jake has removed all trace of Lauren from his account while he last appeared on her's two weeks ago in a shot that saw him cooking dinner shirtless.
