After making a very demure appearance in a long black dress earlier in the night, it was only a matter of time before Lady Gaga changed into an outfit more befitting of her usual wacky style.
And true to form, the 29-year-old singer switched up her look as she attended the Fox after party in a cleavage-baring white design with enormous puff sleeves.
But Gaga struggled to contain herself in the ensemble - and almost suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction as she left the soiree.

It proved a tricky dress to wear throughout the evening; before struggling into her waiting Rolls-Royce Gaga had posed with former supermodel Naomi Campbell, where her dress looked dangerously close to slipping around the chest.
Apparently the (no doubt) copious amounts of cleavage tape used was not enough to withstand the effects of gravity - thanks to the dress's heavy pouf detailing.
Earlier in the night the platinum blonde made her first appearance at the TV 'Oscars' where she presented an acting award to Richard Jenkins.

Lady Gaga opted for not one, but two show stopping gowns for the Emmy Awards this year. Keeping to a monochrome colour palette, she donned a simple asymmetric black gown for the ceremony before changing into a white bandeau maxi with puff-ball sleeves for the after party.
Both Gaga’s look are from her stylist Brandon Maxwell’s debut collection, which he showcased at last week’s New York Fashion Week.
Whilst the black one-shoulder maxi was spotted on the runway, this white creation is a custom version of the black one seen at NYFW.

The veteran actor appeared somewhat star-struck by the experience.
After accepting the Emmy for Outstanding Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for his performance in HBO's Olive Kitteridge, Jenkins waited for the applause to die down, and then said: 'That's Lady Gaga.'
Inside the bash thrown by the network that televised the awards show, Gaga met up with actress Emma Roberts, one of her co-stars in American Horror Story: Hotel.
