The mother of Baby Doe and her boyfriend were arraigned in a Boston courtroom this morning.
Rachelle Bond pleaded not guilty in the death of her daughter Bella and was ordered held on $1million bail while the judge ruled that her boyfriend Michael McCarthy would be held without bail after being charged with the young girl's murder.
The prosecutor at one point described the horrific events that allegedly led to the young girl's death and how the pair did drugs for days after she was killed, leading to one family member being removed from the court as she stood and up and screamed at McCarthy; 'I hope you rot in hell! I hope you rot in fu**ing hell!'

Bond and McCarthy did not speak during the proceedings, with McCarthy shaking his head in disbelief as the prosecutor detailed what happened the night of Bella's death according to Bond, and Bond keeping her head down while occasionally wiping away tears.
Prosecutor David Deakin said that one night in May Bella had become 'unruly' according to Bond, and that McCarthy went in her room to try and quiet the girl down and get her to go to bed.
Bond came in shortly after, and that is when she allegedly found her daughter dead.
'She found Mr. McCarthy standing over Bella, who was on a bed and the mattress was on the floor, standing over Bella with his hand near her abdomen,' said Deakin.
'When Miss. Bond looked at Bella, her head was swollen, and her face was gray. She asked Mr. McCarthy what he had done, he did not tell her but said; "She was a demon, and it was her time to die".'
Deakin said that the couple then put the girl in the refrigerator and started to shoot up heroin together for 'several days.'
After that time, McCarthy allegedly put the young girl's body in a weighted duffle bag and dumped her in the water.
It was at this point during the proceedings that a woman Bella's godmother Megan Fewtrell began to scream at McCarthy and was led out of the courtroom by deputies.

No contact: Bond and McCarthy did not look at one another at any point during the proceedings
Awful: Bond (above) claims McCarthy killed Bella because she was a 'demon,' and said the pair out her in a refrigerator and shot heroin for days after her death
Bella's biological father Joseph Amoroso sat in the front row and screamed at McCarthy as he was being led away; 'Mike McCarthy, you're done! You won't last a day!'

A man who had previously lived with the couple - and who helped lead police to McCarthy and Bond - said they were very harsh with the child Deakin told the judge.
He said that on multiple occasions he saw McCarthy lock Bella in a closet for more than 30 minutes while she screamed to be let out.
The friend also claimed that both Bond and McCarthy had claimed the girl was a 'demon,' and that McCarthy 'had become very interested in the occult and purported to see demons, purported to see ghosts, and purported to be able to exorcise demons, and exorcise ghosts.'
A search of the home turned up books on demonology and the occult according to Deakin.
That friend also revealed to authorities that Bond told him what happened in a conversation last week after saying she had stopped doing drugs, and after claiming for months that Bella had been taken away by the Department of Children and Families.
When the friend told Bond that given the fact that she was off drugs she may be able to get Bella back, she allegedly responded by telling him; 'Michael McCarthy killed her, and I’m accessory after the fact because I helped him get rid of the body.'
Bond, 40, has been charged as an accessory to murder after the fact and will next appear in court on October 20 along with McCarthy.
The pair are also both charged with improper disposal of a body.

Bella's father Joseph Amoroso sat in the front row, and appeared emotional throughout the morning as he watched Bella's mother being arraigned.
Bond has multiple arrests in the past for drugs and prostitution, and conceived Bella in a tent during Occupy Boston with Amoroso.
He ended the relationship after learning of her past as a prostitute and moved to Florida, but returned to Massachusetts last week to meet his daughter.
That is when Bond told him what happened, saying she feared McCarthy, 35, would kill her if she went to police.
Her defense attorney is claiming she was held 'captive' by McCarthy.
'She told me the whole story. She was very emotional, sincere through the whole thing, and I believe her,' Amoroso told the Boston Herald.
'I believe her — that it was this man who murdered our daughter, murdered a two-year-old.'
Amoroso then said of the arraignment; 'It was tremendously hard ... probably one of the hardest things I’ve had to sit through.'
He screamed at McCarthy as he was being led away; 'Mike McCarthy, you're done! You won't last a day!'
Amorose also claimed that McCarthy had been doping Bond, and injecting her with between one and three grams of heroin a day that he administered through her neck.

Fewtrell, 36, Bella's godmother, told The Boston Globe she had known Bond for eight years, but that the pair had a falling out in March.
'I can’t imagine why she would help some man cover up the murder of her child,' said Fewtrell.
'[Bella] was loved. She was a beautiful little girl. I loved that little baby like she was mine.'
She then added; 'She made a promise to me and that baby that she would do it right. How could you do this to our baby Bella?'
This was in reference to the fact that Bond had her first two children taken away from her by the Department of Children and Families.
One of those children was taken in by their maternal grandmother and the other was adopted by an unrelated family.
Bella would have turned three-years-old next month.
Authorities are still working to determine the young girl's exact cause of death.
